Please pray for all who are involved in the Easter Experience, as they tell the wonderful story once again, to around 500 children each week, across 3 full weeks at the hosting churches; Carshalton Methodist, followed by Sutton Baptist, then North Cheam Baptist. Every child who attends (most of whom are 8/9 years old) won’t know Jesus at all, and will only occasionally hear about Him, so this is a massive opportunity for the word of Truth to be heard.
They have some fantastic, faithful believers performing, none of whom would regard themselves as gifted actors! They’re simply telling the story of their own lives to these children, letting them know that the God we know can be known by them.
It would be wonderful to have some of you come along to the last public performance, the first of which is this Sunday at Carshalton, next Sunday they will be performing it at 6pm at Sutton Baptist.

Fairtrade Fortnight 2023 is taking place 27 February – 12 March 2023.
This Fairtrade Fortnight, join us in spreading a simple message: making the small switch to Fairtrade supports producers in protecting the future of some of our most-loved food and the planet.
DID YOU KNOW?
Did you know coffee, bananas and chocolate could soon be much more difficult to find on our shelves?
Climate change is making crops like these harder and harder to grow. Combined with deeply unfair trade, communities growing these crops are being pushed to the brink.
But here’s the good news.
More of us choosing Fairtrade means extra income, power, and support for those communities.
By making the small switch to Fairtrade, we can all support producers in protecting the future of some of our most-loved food and the planet.
AROUND SUTTON
During Fairtrade Fortnight on Saturday 11th March (9am-1pm), the Suttton Community Fairtrade Group are running a stall at Wallington Farmers Market. Please do come along!
London Baptists Faith Thinking
FaithThinking takes place three times a year, an opportunity for reflection on issues relating to theology and pastoral practice.
Our next session will take place from 11am to 12:30pm on Wednesday 22 March, when Jon Kuhrt will help us explore the theme of Mission and Ministry during a Cost of Living Crisis. We’ll reflect together on how churches can respond to needs within their communities in ways that balance the grace and truth of God revealed to us Jesus.
Jon is the new CEO of homelessness charity Hope into Action, and was previously a government advisor on rough sleeping, and CEO of West London Mission. He is also a member of Streatham Baptist Church.
This session will take place via Zoom.
